We only send marketing emails if you have opted in, or if you are an existing client or have asked us about our services and we tell you how to opt out in every email (the "soft opt-in" under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing.
3. Who we share it with
We use trusted providers who process data for us under contract:
Microsoft Azure — website hosting and content delivery.

Google — Google Analytics (with your consent) and reCAPTCHA (spam protection on the contact form).

We may also share data if the law requires it, or with professional advisers, or with a buyer if our business is sold (they would be bound by this policy).
Some of these providers (for example Google and Apollo.io) are based in, or transfer data to, the United States. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations (including the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified) or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. [Confirm for each provider.]
